Services

Cad Operations will make every effort to assist you in a professional and timely manner. Upon visiting your business to determine what your needs are, we will negotiate a flat rate fee for the service you may need.

These may be: CAD model drawing (3-D) showing a "concept" of your product or machine. If a machine quotation, then machine specifications and estimated cycle times. If a new product, then a product specifications list. Estimated costs to build your producr or machine. If, after this presentation, you elect to carry this further, then we will supply:

            1. A list of suggested American vendors to build tooling.
            2. Estimated cost to design and detail your product or machine.
            3. Estimated cost if you want us to be a “general contractor.”

EMAIL : jpierpoint@centurylink.net

We can handle the complete design & build for you.

Notes:
photoAll submitted tooling quotations will be from local American companies operating on American soil.

Consideration will be given to “design for manufacturing.”
CAD models are done in SolidWorks 3D. We give you more than the typical 1 page quotation that you may receive from other companies.

We spend our time considering MANY ways to do your project. Then, we select the best of those ways and present it to you. If you choose to carry through with this well thought out concept, then you will be assured of building a superior product or machine, one of which we both can be proud.
